FAQs.
What’s up with the name, six points?
Six points is the name of the area the studio is in. There’s a six points park near by, six points street and even a six points plaza. It’s a nod to the neighbourhood.
what’s the difference between memberships and classes.
Think of it like a gym. Memberships are for folks who don’t really need any assistance and just want to drop in and use the shop, anytime. Classes are more like a spin class. They’re at scheduled times for folks who have questions and need help with projects.
Do i need to be a member to take classes?
Nope! You can have a membership or take a class or both. It’s up to you!
Can I roll over membership hours? Pause my membership? What happens if I miss a class?
Unfortunately you can’t roll over hours or pause your membership. In order to keep the costs as low as possible for everyone, we can’t accommodate these kinds of special requests. If you’re going on an extended vacation you can cancel your member and join again when you’re back.
ANd if you miss a class you’re welcome to hop in on another time during the same week. We keep our calendars synced so every class during the week is the same lesson. for example, if you miss your class on Monday, you can get the same lesson on a wednesday.
All class purchases are final sale though so please be sure before you buy.
